How will I receive my order?
- Frame comes with 4 corner protectors.
- Screen protector to protect acrylic glass.
- Frames are fitted with hanging wire.
- Each frame is safely bubble wrapped and posted.
- Unframed posters are shipped inside a delivery tube.
- The courier will deliver it to your door.
- Shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What shipping methods are used for orders?
All orders are trackable and typically dispatch within 1–3 business days. We use trusted carriers in each region:
Australia: Sendle and Australia Post
Canada: Canada Post and Purolator
India: Blue Dart and Delhivery
Ireland: An Post and DPD
Malaysia: Pos Malaysia and Ninja Van
New Zealand: NZ Post and Aramex
Singapore: SingPost and Ninja Van
South Africa: The Courier Guy and Aramex
United Kingdom: Royal Mail and DPD
United States: USPS and UPS
The courier is selected automatically based on destination, service level, and parcel size.
What is the shipping policy?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. An order confirmation is sent immediately after purchase.
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days after dispatch
Express availability may vary by destination and carrier capacity.
All parcels are fully trackable. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
If you need to update the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made prior to dispatch.
Transit times are estimates and may extend during peak periods, severe weather, remote-area delivery, or customs processing for international orders. If your shipment appears delayed after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive the returned item(s) It will take up to 3 business days for us to proceed the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. For credit card refunds, between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to the following countires:

How come my order isn't sent out the next day?
All of our prints are made to order. This is to ensure that they are of the highest quality possible. We do not want to leave our paper prints exposed to warehouse environments (dust, fingers etc) as this can cause damage to the product. Orders are generally sent out between 1 - 3 business days, depending on how many orders we have that month. Please email hello@sportscave.com.au with your order number if you have a certain date you need the artwork by.
What Is your return and exchange policy?
Online Purchases (Final sale items and gifts excluded) made through Sports Cave are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s). All return exchange items must be returned undamaged, in re-sellable condition and shrink wrapped for issuing the item(s) back.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When dispatched, an email will automatically be sent to you with a tracking number from our courier partner. Please email customer care for any tracking issues: hello@sportscave.com.au
